When my grandma’s COPD worsened, working with Emily was an incredible gift. From the very beginning Emily provided deep compassion, thoughtful wisdom, and incredible support. She helped our family navigate the highs and lows of end-of-life. Most importantly,  Emily helped keep our focus on maintaining my grandma’s comfort and her wish to remain at home for her remaining time. I can’t imagine anyone else I would have wanted by our side.
